We partner with trusted couriers—FedEx, UPS, and USPS—to offer flexible shipping options, from cost-effective ground delivery to expedited next-day air. Real-time shipping quotes are provided at checkout for full transparency. International orders may incur customs or duty fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and not collected by Mountain Mods.
How to Get a Shipping Quote No need to email us for quotes! Simply add your items to the cart and proceed through checkout to view real-time shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Times We know you want your order fast, and we’re committed to delivering promptly. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST may ship the same day.
- 90% of orders ship the next business day.
- All orders ship within 2 business days, except for custom fabrication, painted items, or out-of-stock products, which may require additional time. Please note that Mountain Mods is not responsible for delays caused by your chosen courier. For transit issues, contact the courier directly.
Shipping Methods We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Ground Shipping: Cost-effective for domestic and select international orders.
- Expedited Options: Including next-day air for urgent deliveries.
- International Shipping: Available via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with tracking provided for FedEx and UPS orders. Non-Express USPS international shipments include customs numbers for shipment confirmation but may not offer tracking.
Damaged or Lost Items We take pride in our exceptional packaging, with over 99.9% of shipments arriving intact. However, rare instances of damage or loss can occur during transit.
- Insurance: Orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Global/Domestic Express are insured for their full value. USPS orders over $100 USD are insured; those under $100 via non-Express USPS include delivery confirmation (domestic) or customs numbers (international) but may not be insured.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [[email protected]]. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and retain all materials for potential courier inspection. We’ll initiate a claim with the courier, and you may need to follow up with them for verification. If a claim is approved and Mountain Mods receives a refund, we’ll ship replacement items. If you receive the claim payout, you’ll need to reorder online. For international orders, we recommend FedEx or UPS, as USPS claims can be challenging due to multiple couriers.
- Lost Items: For domestic orders, allow 5 additional days beyond the estimated delivery time before reporting a loss. For international orders, allow 14 additional days. Contact us at [[email protected]], and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue, following the same claim process as for damaged items.
Tracking Tracking is provided for all domestic orders and international orders shipped via FedEx or UPS. Non-Express USPS international shipments include customs numbers for shipment confirmation but may not offer full tracking.
