Specs: Asus Rampage Extreme 2 with Intel I7 and 6 gigs of ram. XFX ATI 5700 series video card. X-Fi SB Animatronic skull head mod created using a Pirates of the carribean talking alarm clock. Skull was removed and gutted. 3 Hitec Micro servo used and Scary terry audio driver board in pull out tray. Head has full 3 degrees of motion but I haven’t found a driver board for the servos yet. Phil M. - Washington
Phil had the fortunate opportunity to work at Mountain Mods for one month during our move from the Hood River location. He worked a couple hours a day after school and earned himself the last Patriot Red U2-UFO in our warehouse w/water cooling system to boot. Keep up the good work Phil. System Specs: » Q6600 @ 3.0 GHz » CrossfireX Radeon 5770s » 2x2GB DDR2 800 » 3x 80GB Seagate RAID 0 » Gigabyte EP45-UD3P » Mountain Mods U2-UFO

MB: EVGA Classified with EK Waterblock cooling NB/SB/Mosfets CPU: Intel Core i7 920 at 4.1GHZ at 1.34V Ram: 12GB of G.Skill Trident DDR3 2000mhz @1560mhz (12GB Ram Limitation) Video: Saphire ATI 5870 Water Cooled with EK Full Face Waterblock (Soon to be 2 of these, already have the block) attached to 3 24” Samsung SyncMaster 244T IPS flat panels in eyefinity (5760X1200 Resolution) Physx: EVGA GTX 280 Water Cooled with EK Full Face Waterblock Storage: 15 1TB Hard Drives, Various brands using onboard sata ports (7) and rocket raid PCIE Card (8) Sound: X-Fi Titanium PCIE hooked to Logitech Z5500 Speakers Cooling: 4 Triple 120mm Radiators Staggered in pairs, 1 set for CPU/Physx and 1 set for MB/Video. 2 Swiftech Pumps (almost 1 gallon of water used!) All fittings are compression type except on 3 of the radiators and 1 on the res due to size limitations. Cooling performance under full load in a 70 F room is around 113 F with all fans at 5V or less. Idle temperature is around 5 to 10 F above ambient for water cooled components PSU: Ultra X3 1600 Watt (under full load using OCCT’s test I hit around 1.1kw at the plug Lighting: Full LED Lighting with white work lights and red case lights. All are linked to a controller that can use audio from games to trigger them as well as hard drive activity or built in effects. They will strobe to the sound of a machine gun pretty nicely J I estimate the weight to be at around 150 lbs with all the glass and hard drives. I still have room for another 12 hard drives if I can figure out a way to get them in there. The PSU can run another 12, it’s the sata port limitation. Once I put the other video card in I’m going to have to cut the dual slot mounting plate on my GTX 280 and remove the light pipe to make it a single slot card. I’ve done it before, works great.

I came to buy this case because it was different, roomy with lots of options that fit my needs! Most aluminum case builders hide there fan holes covering an LED fan, this company did not! So my cool fans could show and shine in all there glory giving me that choice on how I wanted to go about covering them if at all! Custom options I had included: All windows were enlarged. A mirrored bottom for more light reflection and a raised mother board panel to bring the mother board up closer to the top out take fans leaving room at the bottom of the case for (2) 80mm fans to carry the hot air under the GPU's out and a longer custom sized flange to support the mother board tray securely! I started off with only (2) velociraptors in Raid o and added another WD green terabyte drive for storage! I have more than enough air flow and my case runs very cool!
